Founder Lisa Chen spent years cycling through cleaning services in Charlotte. They'd show up late (or not at all), cut corners, and use products that left her kids with headaches. In 2018, she decided to build the company she wished existed: one that actually shows up, does thorough work, and uses products that are safe for families.
Crystal Clear started with Lisa and two team members cleaning homes on weekends. Today we employ 24 full-time cleaners and serve over 300 homes and offices across the Charlotte metro area every month.
